I am a student
If you are a student your username to get onto the computers is your ID number (the number on the front of your ID badge).
Your email address is your ID number followed by “@student.burnley.ac.uk”. e.g 100108321@student.burnley.ac.uk.
You should use your username to logon to all systems (100108321) not your email address with the exception of Google Classroom.
I am a member of staff
If you are a staff member your username will be the first initial of your first name and your last name unless told otherwise on your induction. For example Joe Bloggs will be jbloggs.
Your email address will be like your username but with a “.” between the first initial and last name followed by “@burnley.ac.uk”. For example Joe Bloggs would be j.bloggs@burnley.ac.uk.
You should use your username to logon to all systems (jbloggs) not your email address with the exception of Google Classroom.
