I am a student

Visiting Student Services or an ALZ
You can also reset your password by visiting Student Services located in Atrium or one the Active Learning Zones located around the college. A member of staff there can reset your password for you.
Ask your lecturer
Your lecturer is able to reset your password when they are in college. If you ask them they will be able to unlock your account and reset your password.

If you are locked out of your account you can also contact us by visiting us in D315 or ringing 3310 from any extension
